OUR AIMS ARE:
To enable and improve daily independent living for visually impaired people and families, through improved information, support and technology.
To provide opportunities for self-
To provide a voice for all visually impaired people in Merthyr Borough.
To provide a social environment for visually impaired people.
WHAT WE DO:
Contact everyone who registers
Send out information, usually as a quarterly newsletter in Large Print, by email or as a CD.
Regular social phone calls to visually impaired. people who are housebound.
Invite mobile displays and run training workshops in Merthyr, to help people with vision loss.
Work closely with MTBC and lobby councillors for improved service provision and funding.

HOW YOU CAN HELP US
Take part in our meetings.
Volunteer for a project. We can help those with little or no vision to do something useful.
If you are sighted, volunteer to support our projects.
Make a donation or sponsor us to fund our work.
